Blanc de Blancs 2017, Rob Dolan Wines — $27

Crisp, green apple notes on the nose and palate. Fresh zingy hint of lemon rind, brioche and white peach. 9 months on lees. WINERY FACT: 5 Star Winery Rating from James Halliday (Wine Companion, 2015)


Chardonnay 2017, Journey Wines — $38

The elegant yet intense nose has aromas of green apple, lemon tart and grapefruit. The palate is tight and long with white peach on the front-palate balanced by a distinct line of grapefruit acidity. WINERY FACT: winemaker Damian North is a former sommelier whose winemaking career has taken him to Tarrawarra (Yarra Valley), Benton-Lane Winery (Oregon) and Leeuwin Estate (Margaret River).


Chardonnay 2016, Tarrahill Wines — $30

Beautiful aromas of butterscotch, almond croissant and lemon tart. Palate of white stone fruit, crème brulee, lemon curd and bread and butter pudding. 30% new oak and 100% malolactic fermentation. WINERY FACT: 5 Star Winery Rating from James Halliday (Wine Companion, 2017)


Fumé Blanc 2015, Squitchy Lane — $30

Passionfruit, citrus, melon, peach and lime aromas. White nectarine, blood orange and apricot on the palate. WINERY FACT: Owner, Mike Fitzpatrick—former captain of Carlton Football Club—fell in love with wine while a student at Oxford University.


Gewürztraminer 2018, Lilydale Estate — $35

Aromas of peach, lychee, pears and apple cinnamon spice. A fresh, deep palate of pears, honeydew melon and clove stewed apples. WINERY FACT: The vineyards were established in 1976, making them amongst the oldest in the Yarra Valley.


Friulano 2018, Santolin Wines — $27

Delicate and powerful; aromas of mandarin, peach and pears with a broad, deep palate of white peach, cantaloupe and sherbet. WINERY FACT: this wine is Vegan friendly.


Marsanne 2014, Handpicked Wines — $38

A full-flavoured Rhone-style wine with complex aromas of dried pear, honey and wild flower with a hint of potpourri. The palate is full bodied and textural with rich spicy pear flavours. WINERY FACT: Handpicked’s Highbow Hill Vineyard won Yarra Valley Vineyard of the Year 2017 (Yarra Valley Wine Show).


Rosé 2017, Santolin Wines — $25

Wild fermented Pinot Noir (84%)and Sangiovese (16%). Dry, textural and gently aromatic with wild strawberries, peach and pear notes and a musk-stick finish. No fining (Vegan friendly)

WINERY FACT: this is Santolin’s first rosé with a total production of only 5 barrels (bottled 24 Oct 2017). 


Pinot Noir 2017, Handpicked Wines — $28                                                    

Soft and fruity medium bodied red. Bright fruit characteristics of ripe raspberries, cranberries and black cherry, with soft, yet grippy tannins. Pairs well with Peking Duck, Game, Roast Beetroot. WINERY FACT: Handpicked make wines from 21 regions across Australia, France, Italy, New Zealand and Chile.


Le Bâtard 2016, Tarrahill Wines — $30

Aromas of black cherry, blackcurrant and cherry ripe. Palate of light Christmas cake and chinese five-spice with a peppery finish. 80% Pinot Noir/20% Shiraz (approx). WINERY FACT: Vineyard is organic and biodynamic in transition. They use no insecticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers


Cabernet Sauvignon/Cabernet Franc/Merlot 2014, Squitchy Lane — $30

Cabernet Sauvignon 45%, Cabernet Franc 35 %, Merlot 20%. Spicy, red fruits and a waft of mint; medium bodied. Hand-picked, destemmed and crushed to small open fermenters. Fermentation in 7-10 days and individual parcels pressed and matured in barrels for 15 months prior to blending and bottling.


Syrah 2013, Elmswood Estate — $35

An intriguing nose of plums, raspberries, aniseed and black pepper spice, supported by a subtle dusting of cinnamon and mocha from quality French oak (matured for 20 months). The palate is round and soft with a creamy mouthfeel on the mid-palate, finishing with sweet, silky tannins and balanced acidity.
